Measure and MaxEnt options are not available after mass-measuring a spectrum - WKB542

SYMPTOMS

• Reinstalled MassLynx 4.1 SCN 805 with all MaxEnt options
• Mass-measured a continuum spectrum
• Mass Measure and MaxEnt options are no longer available in the process menu

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.1 SCN 805
• MaxEnt
• Mass Measure

CAUSE

Centered or centroid data are being viewed in the spectrum.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Mass Measure and MaxEnt are not applicable to centered or centroid data, and the options should not be available when looking at a centered or centroid spectrum. Use these tools to process continuum data or non-centered data.
