CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- In ACQUITY MS Console, highlight the Sample Manager FTN in the system tree in the left-hand panel.
- Go to Control > Reset SM from the menu.
- Highlight the QSM in the system tree.
- Go to Control > Reset QSM from the menu.
- Highlight the PDA in the system tree.
- Go to Control > Reset PDA from the menu.
- Close MassLynx and the ACQUITY MS Console.
- From the desktop, go to START > Run.
- Specify telnet epc in the Run dialog.
- In the Telnet window, at the blinking cursor, type reboot and hit Enter.
- Wait two minutes.
- Open MassLynx and the ACQUITY MS Console.
- Highlight the QDa in the system tree in the left-hand panel and hit Operate on the right-hand side of the Console.
