CAUSE
Charging effect caused by a dirty ion block and guide.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Clean ion block and guide following the appropriate Overview and Maintenance Guide.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A dirty source enclosure can also cause this charging effect, so if cleaning the ion block, clean the source enclosure as well.
