"Turbo Controller Fault" on Xevo TQD - WKB47715

SYMPTOMS

• MS vented
• Turbo Controller Fault error message
• Low vacuum error message

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQD
• SQD2
• MassLynx

CAUSE

The straight fitting on the NW25 scroll pump tee connecting the 10-mm source backing tubing is loose.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace 10-mm straight fitting (700005810) or add a small amount of PTFE tape to fitting to thread to prevent movement.
