Error: Sample tune check failed in the ACQUITY TQD - WKB4457

SYMPTOMS

• Console displays "Sample tune check failed" error

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY TQD
• Empower

CAUSE

The sample tune has expired; when it runs, it fails because the check system is not set up.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Clear the "sample tune expired" selection in the IntelliStart configuration:

1. Open the console.
2. Select TQD in the left pane.
3. Select Configure > IntelliStart configuration.
4. Clear Positive and negative sample tune expired.
5. Click OK.
