SYMPTOMS

• No cone voltage, no transfer voltages, no supply (+/- 430 V) voltages on LCT Premier after replacement of LC TOF Control Assy PCB (4058001DC1-S)
• All readbacks sit around zero or -1V.

ENVIRONMENT

• LCT Premier
• LCT Premier XE

CAUSE

Missing jumper on position J1 (under safety shield/cover) on LC TOF Control Assy PCB (4058001DC1-S).
J1 circuit enables the interlock for the +/- 430V PSU.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Fit the jumper onto position J1 on LC TOF Control Assy PCB (4058001DC1-S).
