- Cleaning StepWave contact pads with MeOH/IPA does not work following the cleaning procedure

CAUSE
Residue on the contact pads hinders control signals to the StepWave.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the StepWave if it is impossible to get good contact with the contact pads.
