LC line of the diverter port valve keeps popping out; no probe tip spray is seen on the Xevo TQ-S micro - WKB260994

SYMPTOMS

• Line connected to the LC port of the diverter valve on the Xevo TQ-S micro keeps popping out of the fitting
• No spray observed at probe tip
• Tightening fitting does not resolve issue
• Replacing fitting and tubing does not resolve
• If the LC line is connected directly to the top of the probe, spray from probe tip appears as expected

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQ-S micro

CAUSE

Blocked port in diverter valve

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Disconnect the lines to the LC and MS ports on the Xevo TQ-S micro diverter valve.
2. Connect the LC line to the MS port. 
3. Start the flow to backflush the port.
