SYMPTOMS

• Calibration invalid for analysis type when trying to run Sample Tune and Develop Method from IntelliStart
• Running calibration from IntelliStart to create a new calibration file fails
• Previous calibration file exists and is linked to the current tune page
• Data acquired with previous calibration file was acceptable

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• Xevo TQ-S micro

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. In the MS Console, highlight IntelliStart under the Xevo TQ-S micro in the system list on the left-hand side.
2. From the Configure menu, select IntelliStart Configuration.
3. Clear Invalid Calibration.
4. Save changes.
5. On the Tune page, go to Calibrate > Link Calibration.
6. Select the existing calibration file that was known to work.
