No QDa full scan trace in the Empower Run Samples real-time plot - WKB24865

SYMPTOMS

• The 2998 PDA and the 2695 pressure trace are seen in the real-time plot, but not the QDa full scan or SIR baselines
• After starting the run, the QDa continues to say running in the Empower QDa control panel, even after aborting the run; QDa must be power-cycled to regain control
• After removing the QDa full scan from the instrument method and leaving just the dual SIR entries, the QDa appears to work normally

CAUSE

The QDa full scan was run at a sampling rate of 1 point per second.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Run the QDa full scan at a data rate of 2 points per second or higher.
