No MS signal, but UV signal is fine - WKB23759

SYMPTOMS

• No MS signal.
• UV signal is fine.
• Create new project and methods using correct nomenclature.
• Engineer settings are fine.
• Found no spray coming out of probe.
• High Pressure on system when flow directed to ESI probe

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• SQD
• 2796 Alliance Bioseparations Module
• 3100
• Autopure FractionLynx

CAUSE

Blocked ESI probe.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Clear blockage by flushing.
2. Rebuild ESI probe using 700005795 ESI Probe Service Kit.
