SYMPTOMS

• No communication with SYNAPT G2-Si after power cycle

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• SYNAPT G2-Si

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Run StopAcquityProcesses.cmd.
2. Run the WatersDHCP Server Configuration executable.
3. Remove the IP address listing for all components.
4. Reboot the ACQUITY UPLC system.
5. Put the SYNAPT into pump override, and then cycle electronics.
6. Wait for SYNAPT to finish booting, and then start MassLynx.
