• The %RSD for replicate injections is very high on the Xevo TQ-S cronos
• Sample cone is found to be very dirty
• Cleaning sample does not resolve the issue
• Sample cone cannot be cleaned completely, still shows evidence of stains

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQ-S cronos

CAUSE

Sample cone was too dirty to be cleaned appropriately.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Replace the sample cone (part 700012275).
2. Replace the sample cone O-ring (700004321).
