How to calibrate masses up to 4000 m/z on Vion IMS QTof - WKB2303

OBJECTIVE or GOAL

Calibrate Vion IMS QTof up to 4000 m/z.

PROCEDURE

1. Ensure that sodium iodide is in vial C and that Glu-fibrinopeptide B is in vial B.
2. In UNIFI, go to Instrument System > Vion IMS QTof > Setup > Instrument Setup.
3. On the top of the Instrument Setup pane, select "High mass" from the drop-down menu.
4. Click "Start".

4000 m/z can only be done in Pos Sens mode.
