Error: Application BlueWater UI has encountered an unrecoverable problem - WKB22155

SYMPTOMS

• Tune page crashes with error message

ENVIRONMENT

• SYNAPT G2-Si
• MassLynx

CAUSE

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. In MassLynx, open default project from the C:\Masslynx folder.

2. Close MassLynx.

3. Stop ACQUITY processes.

4. Open the hyperterminal and reboot the SYNAPT G2-Si (or reboot the EPC via telnet or the button behind the panel).

5. Open MassLynx and confirm that the bottom indicates not scanning.

6. Open the Tune page and verify communication.
