Cannot acquire data when using Dynamic Range Extended function with Xevo G2-XS - WKB207112

SYMPTOMS

• Can acquire data with functions that start from 0 min
• Cannot acquire data with functions that start from other than 0 min

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo G2-XS
• Dynamic Range Extended

CAUSE

Data Format was set to Continuum and the Dynamic Range Extended function was used.

FIX or WORKAROUND

When using the Dynamic Range Extended function, set Data Format to Centroid.

If you need to acquire the Data Format in Continuum, use the MS method with Normal selected instead of Extended.
