SYMPTOMS
- No signal over the reference probe
- A "clack, clack" sound is heard coming from the reference syringe pump
- Disconnecting the black tubing (fluidics-reference probe) from the source side does not stop the noise
- Disconnecting the tubing from the fluidics makes the noise disappear

CAUSE
The black tubing between the reference fluidics and the reference entrance in the enclosure is clogged, causing overpressure in the syringe pump.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Replace the black tubing.
