Calibration file from IntelliStart does not remain linked to the tune file in MassLynx for a Xevo TQ-S micro - WKB202615

SYMPTOMS

• Error message: No calibration file was found for this analysis when trying to run Sample Tune and Develop Method from IntelliStart
• The existing calibration was cleared from the Calibrate > Instrument calibration dialog on the tune page

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx 4.2
• IntelliStart
• Xevo TQ-S micro

CAUSE

Incorrect Type of Analysis selected in the IntelliStart Setup Parameters

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. In the MS Console, go to the IntelliStart page.
2. Go to Configure > IntelliStart Setup Parameters.
3. Select the appropriate Type of Analysis.
