Instrument not pumping - Xevo Family MS- WKB202464

SYMPTOMS

• Instrument vented by itself (gives exhaust or turbo error)
• Error in console: Turbo pump off
• Error in console: Turbo controller fault
• Instrument does not pump down

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQ-S micro
• Xevo TQ-S
• Xevo TQD

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Close all MassLynx windows.
2. Power-off and power-on the Xevo MS.
3. Wait for instrument to complete the bootup.
4. Open MassLynx and the tune page.
5. Pump down.
