No communication with Xevo G2-XS - WKB19940

SYMPTOMS
- Still no communication after reboot of electronics
- MassLynx error: "The embedded system is not responding. The system will run in standalone mode."
ENVIRONMENT
- MassLynx
- Xevo G2-XS
CAUSE
The Waters File Service was not started.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Right-click on Computer and select Manage.
- Click on the "twistie" or triangle to the left of Services and Applications.
- Select Services.
- Select Waters File Service and select Start at the top of the window (or right-click on Waters File Service).
- Reboot MS.
