APGC failed to start second run in sample list queue - WKB19550

SYMPTOMS

• APGC fails to start second run in sample list.
• MS waiting for injection to start.

ENVIRONMENT

• MassLynx
• Xevo G2 QTof
• APGC
• HP7890
• HP7683B

CAUSE

GC configuration not set correctly.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Set the split/splitless injector parameters to "Ignore Ready" False.

• On the GC, select CONFIG > (Back or Front) Inlet > Enter.
• Go to Ignore Ready and select [Mod/Type] to adjust to FALSE.
