Xevo TQ-S "Low desolvation gas flow" error - WKB193588

SYMPTOMS

• Low desolvation error in console logs
• Input N2 Pressure at regulator is OK, ~100 psi
• Source pressure test successful
• Cone gas flow readback is normal (150 L/h) and nebulizer readback is normal (6.9 bar)
• Issue persists after a hard reboot of the MS using the rear switches 

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQ-S
• MassLynx

CAUSE

Frozen or locked desolvation setting on the tune page.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Change the set desolvation gas flow to 1200 L/h, and then return to the normal set flow rate. 
2. The N2 readback should now work properly.
