CAUSE

Source enclosure not sealing correctly. This can be a result of debris preventing the seals from making good contact or failure of the seals themselves or an issue with the door latch mechanism

FIX or WORKAROUND

Open the source enclosure door and clean the seals in situ. Closure the source door and run the Source Pressure Test. If the issue persists, replace the source enclosure seals and repeat

If the issue continues to persist consider replacing the source enclosure
