MS console shows "fluidics operation stopped" error when using APGC source- WKB1498

SYMPTOMS

• MS console shows a blinking red System Status and the message "fluidics operation stopped"

ENVIRONMENT

• APGC
• MassLynx 4.1 SCN932
• MassLynx 4.2 SCN1007
• SYNAPT G2-Si
• Xevo TQ-XS

CAUSE

IntelliStart configurations/definitions for the Fluidics System Error, Reference Fluidics System error, and Fluidics Operation Stopped choices are enabled.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Go to the MS Console.
2. Select SYNAPT G2-Si / Xevo TQ-XS from the Instrument tree.
3. Go to the "Troubleshoot" menu.
4. Select "Service Mode" and type the password 1147.
5. Go back to the SYNAPT G2-Si / Xevo TQ-XS menu.
6. Go to the "Configure" menu.
7. Select "IntelliStart Configurations".
8. Clear the selections of the, 
   -Fluidics System Error
   -Reference Fluidics System Error
   -Fluidics Operation Stopped

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

-These IntelliStart configurations are not required for APGC mode.
-Tune page's Fluidics tab will stay at the status of, "Stopped - Select purge to recover".
