Error: System store load operation failed - Xevo G2-XS - WKB13595

SYMPTOMS

• When selecting File > Load System Settings from Embedded PC (EPC), the following error is seen: System store load operation failed

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo G2-XS
• Xevo G3

CAUSE

System Settings have not been backed up to the embedded PC (EPC).

FIX or WORKAROUND

Select Backup System Settings (to EPC). The error message will not be seen on subsequent attempts to Load System Settings from EPC.
