Up to 10 under the set point is acceptable flow for the desolvation gas. Example: for a set point of 800, a readback of 790 is okay.

If the nitrogen supply is in question, run the source pressure test by opening and closing the source enclosure. If it passes, the nitrogen supply is fine.
