SYMPTOMS
- UV data is present
- MS data will not open in the Review window
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower
CAUSE
The MS option must be enabled for the projects where MS data is to be reviewed/processed.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Find the project in the configuration window.
- Right-click and select Properties.
- Ensure that the "Mass Spectrometry" option is enabled.
