CAUSE

The Belleville washers on the top gas cone positioning blocks are stacked together rather than opposing to create a spring.

FIX or WORKAROUND

  1. Close the isolation valve.
  2. Remove the two hex screws that hold the cone positioning blocks in place.
  3. Orient the Belleville washers correctly "( ) ( )"
  4. Reinstall the cone positioning blocks.
