Error: Resolution file expired on QDa - WKB11538

SYMPTOMS

• System not ready
• Error resolution file expired

ENVIRONMENT

• QDa
• MassLynx

CAUSE

The resolution file has reached the time limit set in the health monitor configuration.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Open the console.
2. Click Operate, and then leave the QDa in Operate mode for approximately 60 minutes.
3. Click Maintain > Check Resolution.

Note: If the resolution fails, click Resolve.

Or

If the SOP does not require the you to run the resolution on a schedule, you can disable the expiration check in the console:

1. Select Configure > Health Monitor Configuration.
2. Clear Resolution Setup Required option.

Note: Disabling the Resolution Setup Required setting does not prevent the error from appearing. Click Resolve to clear it.
