SYMPTOMS

• Cone Voltage Readback 0 V
• Adjusting voltage has no impact
• Changing ion mode has no impact

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY TQD System
• TQ Detector

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Put the TQ Detector in Standby.
2. Reboot the EPC by pressing the red reset button, and wait for the TQD to re-initialize.
3. Open the tune page, turn on the API gas, and put the TQD back into Operate.
4. Check the cone voltage and observe functionality.
