Fluidics error: "select reset to recover"; unable to reset fluidics - WKB10943

SYMPTOMS

• Fluidics does not reset. Stuck on an error message that says "Select reset to recover," but when reset button is clicked, message appears again
• Resetting the EPC, restarting MassLynx, or restarting the PC does not resolve the issue
• Fluidics System Error
• Fluidics options greyed out in tune page

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo G2-S QTof

• Xevo G2 QTof
• Xevo G2 Tof

• Xevo TQ-S micro

CAUSE

Unknown.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Cycle electronics on the mass spectrometer. Leave the electronics off for at least three minutes before powering back on. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For Xevo system that do not have the override and electronics switches on the back, the system must be vented and the powered off.
