Fluidics do not stop purging on the Xevo TQ-S micro - WKB108062

SYMPTOMS

• Purge started from Fluidics tab on Tune page
• Purge continues well beyond expected time
• All other controls on Fluidics tab are dimmed
• Purge cannot be stopped and is not stopping on its own
• Closing and reopening MassLynx does not stop the purge

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQ-S micro

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Close MassLynx and the ACQUITY MS Console.
2. Restart the MassLynx PC.
3. Push the RESET button on the front panel of the Xevo TQ-S micro.
4. Wait until the status LED goes from RED to OFF and the source pressure test runs.
5. Open MassLynx.
6. Open the Tune page.
7. Verify that fluidics are no longer purging.
