Cannot change cone voltage or desolvation temperature on Tune page; Tune page does not respond - WKB1010

SYMPTOMS

• When entering value for cone voltage or desolvation temperature, the value is not accepted
• Can move sliders, but the value does not change
• Cannot pump down

ENVIRONMENT

• Xevo TQD
• MassLynx 4.1

CAUSE

Communication issue between the MassLynx PC and the EPC

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Close MassLynx and the ACQUITY MS Console.
2. Reboot the MassLynx PC.
3. Log in to Windows but do not launch MassLynx.
4. Push the reset button on the front of the Xevo TQD.
5. Wait for the Operate LED to change from red to off.
6. Launch MassLynx.
