Lost connection between Andrew+ and pipettes - WKB284362
SYMPTOMS
- Single-channel pipette does not connect
- Power-cycling the pipette and robot does not help

FIX or WORKAROUND
If you’re having trouble connecting or reconnecting your pipette to your Andrew+ robot or Pipette+ stand, try the steps below.
How to reconnect your pipette to the robot/stand?
- Power-off the pipette by pressing the power button for 10 seconds.
NOTE: The 10-second press forces the pipette into a hard restart.
2. Power back on the pipette and wait until the message "Hello, Please Wait..." disappears.
3.Place the pipette back on the tool rack/stand.
4. Try again to execute the same protocol.
If the issue persists:

Reboot the pipette as in step 1 and wait 1 minute. Then execute the same protocol again.

If the issue is still present, power-cycle Andrew+/Pipette+:

Turn it off by pressing the main button.

Remove the power cable from Andrew+/Pipette+.

Wait 10 seconds.

Plug the cable back in and wait until the LED is green.

Execute the same protocol again.

If the above actions do not solve the issue, collect the log files of the unit for further analysis.
