SYMPTOMS

• Column heater temperature setting items are not displayed on the 2695 screen
• Column heater is not recognized

ENVIRONMENT

• Alliance Series Column Heater/Cooler
• Alliance Series Column Heater
• Alliance HPLC System
• 2695 Separations Module

CAUSE

The column heater cable is not plugged in.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Connect the cable with the 2695 turned off.
2. Turn on the power and confirm that the temperature setting items for the column heater are displayed.
