SYMPTOMS

• Instrument does not complete initialization
• Console shows "Sample Fluidics over pressure" error

ENVIRONMENT

• ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager
• ACQUITY UPLC I-Class SM-FL
• ACQUITY UPLC I-Class PLUS SM-FL

CAUSE

Clog in the sample loop

FIX or WORKAROUND

Replace the sample loop.

OR

Flush the sample loop to force any clogs out by connecting it directly to the solvent manager or by sonicating it.
