ENVIRONMENT

- Firmware 1.71
CAUSE
SM-FTN Firmware 1.71 bug
FIX or WORKAROUND
Use a version other than SM-FTN ICS 1.71 (1.65 or other).
However, SM-FTN Plus cannot be supported because FW 1.71 or higher is required.
