- Broken part of nut cannot be removed.
ENVIRONMENT
- 515 HPLC Pump
- 600 HPLC Pump
- 1515 Isocratic HPLC Pump
- 1525 Binary HPLC Pump
CAUSE
- Fitting over tightened.
- Fitting damaged.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace reference valve (WAT026592).
- Verify functionality with ramp test to reference valve outlet.
