2545 fails static leak test - WKB94589

SYMPTOMS

• 2545 fails static leak test across all pump heads
• Replacing plunger seal, check valve, pump head, tubings, and other components does not help

ENVIRONMENT

• 2545
• 2535
• 2525

CAUSE

Defective or loose rotor seal on the vent valve

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Tighten rotor seal on the vent valve 
2. Rerun the leak test across all pump heads if all still failing move onto step 3 
3. Replace the rotor seal on the vent valve (700001483).
4. Rerun the leak test across all pump heads to confirm resolution.
