2545 high delta pressure - WKB94160

SYMPTOMS

• High delta pressure
• 2545 static leak test shows low leak rate, but indicates that outlet valve for one of the pump heads fails to close
• When one pump head compresses, pressure increases equally on the other pump head (should stay close to 0psi with properly functioning outlet valves)

ENVIRONMENT

• 2525/2545 Binary Gradient Module
• 2535/2545/2555 Quaternary Gradient Module

CAUSE

Defective outlet check valve.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Replace the outlet check valve, part number 700001493
