• Column Manager set to 60 °C or higher

• ACQUITY UPLC Column Manager
• ACQUITY HPLC

CAUSE

Broken or loose post-column tubing

Missing ferrule from two piece plastic fitting

FIX or WORKAROUND

Retighten or replace the post-column tubing (430002148 - Post-heater Tube Set .004 ID).

Replaced the two piece plastic fitting to a single piece fitting.
