ACQUITY BSM system pressure low at 1.00 mL/min flow - WKB91458

SYMPTOMS

The primary check valve (I2V valve) stops working at 1.00 mL/min flow.

Flow set to 0.99 and 1.01 mL/min is fine.

BSM has a stable pressure, but when set to 1.00 mL/min, the primary strokes disappear and the flow and system pressure is close to zero PSI/bar.
- You can restore I2V function by resetting the instrument via the console or cycling the power to the BSM.

CAUSE
Corrupt firmware or defective PCB causing corruption.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Reload firmware to ACQUITY UPLC BSM module or replace CPU 3000 PCB (700005763), personality card PCB (700009786), or both.
