CAUSE
The GPV-to-primary tube is leaking at the GPV, and the solvent tray waste line is blocked.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Tighten the fitting on the GPV.
- Resolve the waste line blockage.
- Replace GPV to primary tubing (WAT270986) if necessary
