SYMPTOMS
- "Sample pressure low (##): possibly no wash solvent" error appears when trying to perform an injection.
- Sample and wash syringe leak tests pass.
- Needle seal leak test passes.
- Back pressure regulator passes.
- Needle seal and needle loop and volume characterizations pass.
- No visible leaks at wash manifold.

CAUSE
PEEK connector that connects the line that carries wash solution from the wash manifold to the SM/SM-FL needle wash station is lose or damaged.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Reconnect, tighten, or replace the fitting that connects the wash line to the needle wash station.
