• “24V fault Error” occurs with ACQUITY Arc Column Heater

ENVIRONMENT

• Arc HPLC System

CAUSE

The column heater is turned off with the column heater recognized.

If you turn off the power switch on the inner right side of the column heater and start the instrument, the column heater will not be recognized.

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Confirm that the power switch on the inner right side of the column heater is ON, and reset it.
