- Leak in accumulator transducer to vent valve tubing
- Unable to tighten the fitting
- Cannot tighten anymore and still leaks

CAUSE
Fitting is damaged on transducer or vent valve side.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Replace the tubing ,
- Acc. A Transducer to Vent Valve (# 430001200)
- Acc. B Transducer to Vent Valve (# 430001199)
