CAUSE
ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager - Flow Through Needle (FTN) has an air bubble and is not sufficiently primed.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Prime the ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager - Flow Through Needle (FTN) syringe 25 times.
