SYMPTOMS
- ACQUITY system error: Rotary Tray home h/w fault.
- With the system powered on, the rotary tray rotates when the 1'2' switch is pressed. And you can slightly wobble the rotary tray by hand.

CAUSE
If you can slightly wobble the rotary tray by hand when the system is powered on, it indicates that the fastening screws on the rotary tray drive axis are loose.
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Tighten the fastening screws on the rotary tray drive axis, and re-calibrate the rotary tray.
