- Run Samples window is unresponsive to Empower commands
- Run icon is unavailable
- Cannot enter information for sample set
- Cannot enter plate information
ENVIRONMENT
- Empower 3
CAUSE
Unknown
FIX or WORKAROUND
- Ensure that no other samples in any other project are running.
- Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete on the keyboard, and then click "Start Task Manager".
- Look for QuickSet.exe under Processes in the Task Manager.
- Do an "End process" to close Run Samples.
- Relaunch Run Samples.
