The Run Samples window is unresponsive to Empower commands - WKB70304

SYMPTOMS

• Run Samples window is unresponsive to Empower commands
• Run icon is unavailable
• Cannot enter information for sample set
• Cannot enter plate information

ENVIRONMENT

• Empower 3

CAUSE

Unknown

FIX or WORKAROUND

1. Ensure that no other samples in any other project are running. 
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete on the keyboard, and then click "Start Task Manager".
3. Look for QuickSet.exe under Processes in the Task Manager.
4. Do an "End process" to close Run Samples. 
5. Relaunch Run Samples.
