CAUSE
The Ethernet cord from the ACQUITY UPLC Sample Manager - Flow Through Needle (FTN) is plugged into the FTN with both ends.
FIX or WORKAROUND
Connect the Ethernet cord from the FTN to the ACQUITY UPLC Quaternary Solvent Manager.
